BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 7110 East Brainerd Road, being on the southeast line of East Brainerd Road at South Concord Road. Lot 1, block A, Amended Plat of J. F. Bork's Mountain View Addition, as shown by plat of record in plat book 14, page 72, ROHC; being the property described in deed book 935, page 422, ROHC. Tax Map No. 158F-G-1. from R-1 Residential Zone to C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Proposed use only. 2. All existing easements are retained. 3. No floodlights shall be pointed toward the South on the rear of the property where it will affect other people's property; and 4. There shall be a 50' buffer of trees on the back of the property. 0C SECTION 3.
